Most regulars here know El D or know of him, for his DJ'ing, his successful club and even you will have heard of the well known National Teachers he brings in each week - & that's midweek. To add to his 15 year pedigree of enabling Salsa, he was also involved with one of - if not the - 1st Pontins Salsa Weekender.

Whilst some may think that his business model could be different, we are not doing it ourselves & have nothing to lose. Most Salsa nights appear to be run along the same lines as El D's and whilst it is simple to blame free tap water for not returning enough revenue for the Venue, it is basically not enough spend accross the bar (either not enough people there or who is there not spending much).

What we would more interested in is - who the **** are you?
