Well with that in mind, if someone just wants to drink in the bar and not dance/can't dance, why should they pay you for the privilage of getting in through the door.

Oh, btw you know NOTHING of contract law so stop pretending you do. Me contract is with you, as it would be you I would be DIRECTLY paying money to for a lesson/freestyle dancing.

I would enlighten you further but your mind is closed to any point other than maximising your profit by stealth taxing your customers.

Yo've failed to name yourself and your venue, what are you trying to hide?

Well you failed to answer a couple of simple questions! at each and every oportunity ... what are you trying to avoid?

You cannot have a contract between you and the promoter for the use of the venue only for the provision of services as advertised by the promoter. This is because the promoter has no legal charge over a venue unless they have hired the venue under a written contract which excludes non-members and members of the general public from entry which, most do not. furthermore the promoter would have to effectively take charge of the building contractually including the manage of the building and that means becoming the licencee in the case of a club alternatively they could have a contracted franchise and even then there are contractual exclusions So I reckon I have a better understanding of contractual law than you appear to ... As previously stated you are dealing with two separate and distinct legal business entities, just as you would if you were buying fish from a fishmonger under a covered market where the covered market is one business and all the market stalls are seperate businesses. that's how insurance claims for instance can be decided upon with respect to who has a duty of care, for example a promoter cannot be held responsible if you were injured by falling masonry inside a venue ... If you have information to the contrary then please correct and enlighten me my mind is open!

Got a deal for you … you answer all five questions I’ve put to you properly and I’ll tell you who we are and where we are based so you can come and give me the pleasure of barring you. Providing of course you carry on with your illogical tired argument and your anti Salsa social behaviour!
